Shipping Policy – La Vague Swimwear

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to your selected delivery method and destination.

Shipping Methods & Carriers:
We use Chronopost and Colissimo for all deliveries. You can choose between home delivery or pick-up points where available.

Delivery Times:

  • France: 2–3 business days

  • Europe: 3–5 business days

  • Switzerland: 5–6 business days

  • International (outside EU & Switzerland): 6–7 business days (customs may slightly delay delivery)

Customs & Taxes:

  • No additional VAT or import duties apply for orders within the European Union.

  • All customs duties, taxes, and fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s regulations, as payment of these charges may be required for your order to be released.

Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery.
