Refund policy

We truly hope you adore your La Vague Swimwear pieces. But if something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Return Conditions

 

Due to hygiene standards, swimwear must be tried on over underwear only. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • in their original condition,
  • unworn and unwashed,
  • with all tags attached,
  • and sent back in their original packaging.

Returns that don’t meet these criteria will unfortunately not be accepted.

 

How to Request a Return

We’ll get back to you with all the details, including the return address and next steps.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Exchanges

 

We’re happy to offer exchanges if the item you want is still in stock. Just let us know what you’re looking for when you email us, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
