Our swimsuits are carefully crafted in a small, family-owned factory in Italy, known for its ethical practices and commitment to sustainability. We uphold the highest standards of quality and fair labor practices, maintaining close relationships with our manufacturing partners to ensure consistent, ethical production.

At La Vague Swimwear, being eco-friendly and sustainable goes beyond our swimwear - it's a commitment in everything we do daily. Our products are made in Italy, close to France, which helps reduce our carbon footprint by minimizing transportation emissions. We use eco-responsible fabrics and produce in very limited quantities to avoid overproduction, excess stock and waste. Our packaging is made from recycled materials, reflecting our ongoing effort to control our environmental impact and protect the planet.

We know how much you might be looking forward to a particular item, and it's tough when it's out of stock! Because we produce in small, limited batches to keep things special and sustainable, some pieces may sell out quickly. To make sure you don't miss out, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter at the bottom of the page for updates on restocks and new arrivals. You can also enable notifications directly on the product page to receive an alert as soon as your favorite item is available again.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We kindly ask you to check your confirmation email - and don't forget to look in your spam or junk folder just in case. For cancellations made within 12 hours of placing your order, you may be eligible for a full refund. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate any modifications - as long as the items you'd like to switch to are still in stock. Just email us quickly and we'll take care of it!

We aim to process and ship you order within one business day. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. For orders within France, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days. For international destinations, it usually takes 5 to 7 business days.

Yes, we ship worldwide! Wether you're on the coast or across the globe your La Vague Swimwear can find its way to you. Please note that international shipping fees and custom duties may apply depending on your country's regulations.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can follow your parcel's journey in real time. If you don't receive your tracking info, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

Unfortunately, from time to time, deliveries may be delayed or go missing. If your tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend first checking with your neighbors or local post office. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been marked as delivered. In such cases, we suggest contacting the courier directly to open an investigation. If you need assistance during this process, feel free to reach out to us — we’ll do our best to help.

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order. Make sure to include your order number and the email address used for the purchase — we’ll walk you through the next steps. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, barcode bags, and packaging intact. Unfortunately, if the swimsuit is stained, deteriorated, or returned without its original packaging, we will not be able to take it back. We understand that finding the perfect fit online isn’t always easy, so you’re welcome to request either a refund or an exchange. If you’re unsure about sizing or need advice choosing another style, don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re here to assist you with pleasure. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Our items generally run true to size, but fit can vary by style and personal preference. Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. We recommend checking the fit notes on each product page, as well as our full Size Guide. If you’re between two sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit. On each product page, you’ll also find the model’s reference info: the size she’s wearing and her measurements (bust, waist, hips). It can help you get a clearer idea of the fit in real life.
